We primarily work on commercial, civic, and large-scale residential developments, but we’re always open to discussing projects where our experience can add genuine value.

We are based in the South Island and primarily work across Southland and Central Otago. We’re also open to opportunities in other regions and across New Zealand where the project is the right fit.

A builder is responsible for constructing the project. We work on your behalf to plan, manage, and oversee the entire process — including the builder. Our role is to protect your interests, coordinate the team, and ensure the best outcome across time, cost, and quality.

Yes. We work alongside planners, architects, and consultants to guide your project through the consenting process and ensure everything is aligned before construction begins.

Absolutely. We help assemble the right team for your project — including architects, engineers, and contractors — based on experience, fit, and value.

Yes. We’re happy to work alongside your existing consultants, designers, or contractors, and can integrate seamlessly into your project structure.

Yes. In addition to full project delivery, we can step in to provide executive support, leadership, or strategic advice where it’s needed most.

Our fees depend on the scope and stage of your project. We can work on a fixed fee, percentage, or tailored structure depending on what suits best. We’re always transparent from the outset.
